Where the code goes, and what the report shows.

Two short films about the moment a guest wants to say thank you. Then six places hotels and restaurants print first.

Spots are places, never people · Every button at every rating

01 — Guest stories

Every experience has a story.

Two short films about the moments guests remember, and making it easy to share them. Press play — both have sound.

01The restaurant story · 12 seconds · sound · subtitled

A great meal deserves to be remembered.

The plates are cleared. A guest tells the team how much they enjoyed the evening. A small conversation that means a great deal to the people behind the service.

A table tent or NFC card opens one page with Google, Tripadvisor and a private note. Guests choose where to share and what to say.

02The hotel story · 12 seconds · sound · subtitled

Let the care behind a stay be heard.

A warm welcome. Help when plans change. At checkout, a guest's thank-you can stay with a hotel team long after the visit.

A code at the front desk or on a take-home card. Public review choices stay open at every rating, alongside a private message to the manager.

02 — Find your spot

Six spots, six rows on the report.

Where the code goes, why it works there, what the report shows.

01

Front desk

A table tent at the desk and an NFC tag under the counter edge. Every guest passes here, so the desk sets the baseline for every other spot.

The baseline.

  • One row for the desk
  • The check-out sentence, printed
  • A number to judge the rest by
Typical workflow
  1. 01Create the Front Desk spot.
  2. 02Print the tent, face it to the guest.
  3. 03Read its rate as the baseline.
02

Bar and breakfast

Tents or coasters where guests are seated, relaxed, and holding a phone. Often the best code in the building. Bar-only guests count too.

Ask while the drink is still on the table.

  • Usually the best rate in the building
  • Reviews from guests who never stayed
  • Coasters survive a spill
Typical workflow
  1. 01Create the Bar spot.
  2. 02Print tents or coasters.
  3. 03Compare it with the desk.
03

Rooms

A small sticker on the key-card holder. Many scans, fewer taps, and the review written from home three days later still counts for Rooms.

Catch the review written after check-out.

  • One sticker for every room
  • Late reviews still credited
  • One row for all the rooms
Typical workflow
  1. 01Create the Rooms spot.
  2. 02Print stickers for the key cards.
  3. 03Let the 72-hour window do its job.
04

Spa, valet and the lift

A sticker on the spa reception card. A sticker on the valet ticket. A poster in the lift, usually the weakest. Idle for a week? You get told.

Find out which quiet spots earn anything.

  • Text reviews from the spa
  • An alert instead of a dead poster
  • Paper moved to where it works
Typical workflow
  1. 01One spot per quiet place.
  2. 02Print the size it needs.
  3. 03Retire the ones the report shows idle.
05

Restaurant tables

A tent on every table, facing the seats. Forty tents are one spot and one row. It compares tables and counters, never servers.

Ask every table, by the rules.

  • One row for the room, one for the counter
  • Asked at the table, not on the receipt
  • Compares tables, never people
Typical workflow
  1. 01Create the Restaurant spot.
  2. 02Print a tent per table.
  3. 03Compare room against counter.
06

Counter and takeaway

A sticker on the card machine or a tent in the queue. The receipt code rarely works. The counter asks while the guest is still standing there.

Ask the guest who never sits down.

  • A Counter row beside Restaurant
  • The receipt question answered with a number
  • Laminated tents for the terrace
Typical workflow
  1. 01Create the Counter spot.
  2. 02Print the sticker for the card machine.
  3. 03Read it against the tables after a month.
03 — How you know it worked

From the spot to the review, credited.

Print a code for a spot. A guest scans it and lands on one page: Google, Tripadvisor, or a private note to you. They write on the review site itself.

When the review shows up, it is matched to the scan and credited to the spot. The confidence is shown, not hidden.

Every guest sees every public button at every rating. The private note is an extra door, not a detour.

Three steps
  1. 01Sign up, add the property, print a code for the front desk.
  2. 02Guests scan or tap. No app, no account.
  3. 03See which spot the reviews come from.
04 — The common thread

Sound familiar?

Three reasons the review never gets written.

01

Nobody asks.

Most guests would leave a review if asked. The ones who do it unprompted are the angry ones.

02

One number for the whole hotel.

A review count cannot tell you the bar is working and the lift poster is not.

03

Review cards tell you nothing.

A card or a free QR generator sends everyone to one link and reports nothing back.

05 — Questions

Before you print.

Short answers. Nothing hidden.

Is this review gating?
No. Every guest sees every public review button at every rating. Google and Tripadvisor forbid hiding them, and the page is built not to.
How does it know which spot earned a review?
It matches the review to a scan at the same property within 72 hours. One tap is High confidence, several is Medium, a scan with no tap is Low. It tells you which.
What does it cost?
It is free to use. No subscription, no per-property fee. Printing and NFC tags are yours to buy or skip.
Do I need hardware?
No. Print the sticker, tent or poster on any printer. NFC tags are optional.
