- Is the work really remote?
- Yes, 100%. We're a distributed team with no physical office requirement. Work from wherever you're most productive. We do optional team meetups 1-2 times a year for those who enjoy in-person connection.
- What's the team size?
- We're deliberately small — under 20 people. This means you'll have direct access to founders, your work ships to production weekly, and there's zero bureaucracy. We grow the team only when the workload genuinely demands it.
- I don't see a role that fits me. Should I still apply?

- What's the interview process like?
- Four steps: apply, chat with a founder (30 min), paid work sample (2-4 hrs of real work), and offer. The whole process takes about a week. No trick questions, no whiteboard puzzles, no six-round gauntlets.
