Is the work really remote?
Yes, 100%. We're a distributed team with no physical office requirement. Work from wherever you're most productive. We do optional team meetups 1-2 times a year for those who enjoy in-person connection.
What's the team size?
We're deliberately small — under 20 people. This means you'll have direct access to founders, your work ships to production weekly, and there's zero bureaucracy. We grow the team only when the workload genuinely demands it.
Do you offer equity?
Yes. Every full-time team member receives equity. We believe the people building the company should benefit from its growth. Your upside is real, not theoretical.
What's the tech stack?
Next.js, React, TypeScript on the frontend. Python and Node.js on the backend. We use AI/ML extensively. But we care more about your problem-solving ability than specific framework experience.
