What types of resources are available?

The Resource Center includes in-depth guides, data-driven whitepapers, product tour videos, and case studies. Guides walk you through specific strategies like dynamic pricing or reputation management. Whitepapers provide research-backed analysis on industry trends. Videos give you a quick hands-on look at platform features. We are continuously adding new formats based on what operators find most useful.

How often is the Resource Center updated?

We publish new content on a regular basis, typically adding two to four new resources each month. Existing guides and whitepapers are also reviewed quarterly and updated to reflect the latest platform features, industry benchmarks, and best practices so the information stays current and actionable.

Can I request a topic or resource?

Yes. We welcome suggestions from customers and prospective users. If there is a topic, workflow, or challenge you would like us to cover, reach out through the contact form or let your account manager know. Many of our most popular guides originated from customer requests, and we prioritize topics based on demand.
