01 — Questions

Straight answers.

Is this review gating?
No. Every guest sees every public review button at every rating. Google and Tripadvisor forbid hiding them, and the page is built not to.
How does it know which spot earned a review?
It matches the review to a scan at the same property within 72 hours. One tap is High confidence, several is Medium, a scan with no tap is Low. It tells you which.
What does it cost?
It is free to use. No subscription, no per-property fee. Printing and NFC tags are yours to buy or skip.
Do I need hardware?
No. Print the sticker, tent or poster on any printer. NFC tags are optional.
Can a manager see only their property?
Yes. Access is per property. The bar manager can be invited to the bar alone.
How is this different from Reputation Systems?
Review Systems gets the review written. Reputation Systems replies to it and watches the trends. Collect them here. Answer them there.
What is a spot?
A place inside the property where you ask for reviews: the front desk, the bar, the rooms, a table. Never a person.
Does it write the review for the guest?
No. The optional helper drafts from the guest's own taps. The guest edits it and posts it themselves.
What happens to a private note?
It reaches you, not a listing. Rating, message, spot. No name or email asked.
Can I offer guests something for a review?
No. Google, Tripadvisor and the FTC forbid it, and the product does not support it.
What guest data is stored?
The spot, the platform tapped, the time, and a hashed IP. No name, email, phone or location. No cookie on the guest page.
What if I rename a spot?
The printed codes keep working. The old address resolves forever.
Where do the reviews come from?
Public Google, Tripadvisor and Yelp reviews. It reads them; it never posts or replies.
Is it only for hotels?
Hotels first, then restaurants, then any business with a Google listing.
